Careers

We welcome clinicians who are committed to ethical care, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference.

Join Our Team

We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-informed care. To join our team, you must be currently registered with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT) as an RCT or RCT-C.

Our group practice offers a supportive, inclusive environment where you can focus on providing high-quality care while benefiting from the connection and encouragement of a collaborative professional community. As an Associate, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of private practice without the challenges of managing every aspect of a business on your own.

We warmly welcome applicants who have specialized training and experience in our main client areas: Couples Therapy, Children and Teens Therapy, Family Therapy, Neuroaffirming Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Sex Therapy.

Building an Inclusive Team Starts With You

We are committed to building a diverse team and strongly encourage applications from therapists who have been historically disadvantaged or marginalized, including those who identify as Mi’kmaq First Nations, Black, racialized, a person with a disability, and/or 2SLGBTQIA+.

If you are interested in joining us, please email your letter of interest and curriculum vitae to careers@MLfamilycounselling.com, or filling out the form on this page. We look forward to connecting with you.
