Client Rights

We are committed to providing ethical, client-centred counselling services that respect your autonomy, uphold informed consent and confidentiality, and honour your dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

As a client, you have the right to clear information about your care and your rights. This includes guidance on how to file a complaint if you have concerns. We also provide links to the CCPA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, which guide our work as counselling professionals. We encourage you to review these resources and reach out if you have any questions.
