All inquiries are reviewed by Michelle, our Clinical Supervisor.
If she requires more information in order to suggest a therapist who is best suited, she will connect with you within 1 business day of your inquiry.
When we have enough basic information (including consent when minors are involved), a member of our Intake Team will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
The intake process only takes 10 minutes depending on if individual, couples, or family.
We strive to make the onboarding (paperwork) quick and seemless.
Our goal is get you connected with a therapist as soon as possible.
