Individual counselling is a personal opportunity to receive support, it can be helpful in dealing with life’s transitions, mental health challenges, relationships, or events.

Counselling supports individuals as they work through challenges, gain insight and awareness in themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change, or journey to heal.
